Philips P2000

Post by stefano »

Philips P2000 (models T and M) are now in the list.
Tools are provided to manage the ".CAS" format used by the m2000 emulator to simulate the original sectored microcassette format (see 'appmake' and 'support/p2000').
I also prepared a variant of the emulator by Marcel de Kogel based on the Allegro 5 library to run on the latest windows versions.
The many original drivers were written in 1997 and now the lack of the MSDOS fullscreen emulation breaks the compatibility.

The minimal graphics stuff is in its place now, a 78x72 pixel resolution is not such a wonder and not every function is supported, but there's enough to see clock.c or dstar.c run, including bells and whistles :)

I have just noticed that screensize() returns 64x25 for the P2000, while it should be 40x24 - please check this.

The P2000M model also seems to have a 40x24 text screen (despite its greater resolution), with the right part of the screen being unused.
