[z88dk-dev] Robotron VEB Z9001

The new target includes the models called Z9001, KC85/1 and KC87.
As for the Z1013 they were built around their own Z80 CPU clone called U880.

Blocky graphics support is already in but everything is very basic at the moment.

320x192 HRG graphics in "KRT" mode added.

aand... support for a new target: VEB Mikroelektronik HC900, KC85/2..KC/85/5
(at the moment just basic console lib)

Fixed and improved.
Good portion of gfx functions supported at 320 x256
