Add an ioctl to set a window size?

Could an ioctl be added so that a window size could be set? (e.g. for a chat window?)

Yes, but not trivially.
The main issue is that the scroll routines are full screen. I do suspect that the VDP might be one of the easiest ones to sort out though.
